We're all asked that question as a child, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I remember my answer, I want to be a baseball player. I can't say that my childhood dream came true but I can say that what I do provides me with a sense of pride and fulfillment from day to day.
What defines this reasoning some would ask. Well it's simple for me, I wake up before my alarm clock goes off every day thinking about the tasks I need to complete at Endeavor. I'm a business development guy and that means constantly reaching out to the unknown and developing something from nothing. I love the challenge, but more over I love the opportunity to meet new people and show them the value in what my company can do for theirs. Our services are invaluable and what we bring to the table is pure excellence.
Not only did I find what I love doing but I found a work culture to drive that feeling. We're employee owned and everyone's opinion counts here. My team works hard every day because their success doesn't just drive company success, it drives individual success. Thinking outside the box is encouraged and ideas are praised on a daily basis. People talk about finding something they love to do, well I've found what I love to do and it's supported by a company that drives it's employees to be creative and energetic every day at work.
